Return Process

  Before opening your package, verify the color and quality through the clear test compartment; returns are only accepted if the main security seal is unbroken.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different shade.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to send your package back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund
